What safeguarding and compliance checks do you carry out?

Our Safer Recruitment process is shaped by Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE), including verification of right-to-work, references, and qualifications.

Instead of using the same stock questions used by most agencies we apply bespoke situational questions designed by lead ​practitioner teaching peers to ensure that the candidates we put forward meet high standards. 

We apply a rigorous face-to-face or video interview format to all candidates.

Do you specialise in certain roles (e.g., Middle Leaders or Subject Specialists)?

We attract and work with highly motivated and focussed professionals across the whole spectrum of teaching and management roles within secondary schools. We have a particularly strong network within STEM subjects. 

Recruitment build around retention

High calibre teachers are deeply motivated by the values that underpin schools and how they translate into practice. How we recruit is geared towards ensuring alignment in this space. For example we take a deep dive into a candidate’s behaviour management style to make sure it aligns with your school’s behaviour management philosophy.

What is your fee structure for permanent placements, and do you offer a rebate or guarantee period?

For teaching personnel we have a highly competitive fee structure that is based on successful outcomes. We guarantee our permanent placements for up to two terms.
