Our Safer Recruitment process is shaped by Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE), including verification of right-to-work, references, and qualifications. Instead of using the same stock questions used by most agencies we apply bespoke situational questions designed by lead practitioner teaching peers to ensure that the candidates we put forward meet high standards. We apply a rigorous face-to-face or video interview format to all candidates.
We attract and work with highly motivated and focussed professionals across the whole spectrum of teaching and management roles within secondary schools. We have a particularly strong network within STEM subjects.
