After you send us your CV, one of our consultants will review your application. If the CV meets our criteria, we will arrange a call to speak with you about your application, career drivers & motivators, and experience in relation to the role. This conversation is key in helping to set the stage for interview.
The interview with Fairfield Controls will be no more than a two stage process. It may initially take place via Teams and then a visit to your most local office location. We will speak before and after your interview and help you to put your best self forward in relation to the role.
Once you accept, we will support you in managing the resignation to exit your role and company in a dignified way.
A hiring manager from Fairfield Controls will review your CV and the notes from your conversation with the Talentometry Consultant and make a decision to invite you for an interview.
If successful, you will receive an offer of employment! One of our talent advocates will guide you through this process helping you to secure the best possible outcome.
