What happens next on my candidate journey​?

Throughout the process, we prioritize honesty, quality, and timely communication.

Initial Call

First contact - an introductory call over the phone.

This might take the form of a call out of the blue from one of our headhunters to tell you that you have been identified for a role, or a pre-arranged conversation via LinkedIn, or in response to a job application.

Meeting / Video Meeting

We meet for a coffee or over video (Teams) to better understand you - everything from what drives you at work to defining your skills and expertise.

Depending on the role, we may also invite you for reference checks with via a previous employer (always with your consent)

Interviews

We manage the whole interview process helping you to curate your best self to get the most out of these meetings.

Depending on the level of your role you may also be asked to complete an assessment or a presentation.

Throughout this process you can expect to contact us at any time to help you prepare including evenings and weekends!

Getting the best offer

We mediate between you and your prospective employer to get you the best outcome.

This covers advice on negotiating any aspects of your employment - from salary to employment conditions to what the ideal path to progression should look like.

Onboarding and support when you start

We will help you navigate the awkward conversations around managing your current employer without burning bridges.

If you have a large notice period we will arrange touch points to keep you connected and be there for you when you start your new role.
