Talentometry awarded ‘Disability Confident Committed’ by Government Scheme

We are delighted to have been awarded ‘Disability Confident Committed’ by the Government’s Disability Confident Scheme to ensure our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible.

Employers are increasingly recognising the importance of employing a diverse workforce and of being inclusive to attract, retain and develop people with the skills they need. However, some groups remain under-represented in the jobs market meaning a loss of skills and talent to the economy and employers.

There are 7 million people of working age with a disability or long-term health condition in the UK and yet only around half of them are in work.

Talentometry believes that supporting diversity in the workplace is an important aspect of good people management – it’s about valuing everyone in the organisation as an individual. We will support businesses to reap the benefits of a diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels able to participate and achieve their potential.
