Talentometry have partnered with a boutique system integrator who specialise in delivering automated material handling solutions within a wide range of industries – from airports, to warehouses, to FMCG.

This business has a UK-wide operation that has historic partnerships with large multinational corporations.

These customers are some of the world’s biggest and fastest growing manufacturers and businesses who love to resource innovative technology-heavy projects to meet their own customer’s needs.

As a lead you’ll be given autonomy over your own diary to get projects done. The advantage here is you can work your hours as needed to maximise work life balance.

The business has a track record of supporting engineers through chartership and beyond – not through tired ‘one size fits all professional development’ policies that exist in most companies, but bespoke programmes tailored around each engineer.

We’re looking for:

Siemens PLC experience – TIA portal
Material handling controls projects experience
