Summary of the Role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll be at the heart of the services we provide – researching, sourcing, qualifying, and building relationships with top candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively build a pipeline of candidates
- Use online job boards, social media, and our network to uncover talent.
- Pick up the phone, speak with candidates and build lasting relationships.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Processing documentation
- Get the hang of any technical details for the roles you’re sourcing for and learn about the industry.
- Keep our recruitment database organised and in shape.

3 years experience recruiting for technical roles
