Summary of the Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll be at the heart of the services we provide – researching, sourcing, qualifying, and building relationships with top candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively build a pipeline of candidates
  • Use online job boards, social media, and our network to uncover talent.
  • Pick up the phone, speak with candidates and build lasting relationships.
  • Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Processing documentation
  • Get the hang of any technical details for the roles you’re sourcing for and learn about the industry.
  • Keep our recruitment database organised and in shape.

3 years experience recruiting for technical roles
